The main objective of this project is to improve the efficiency and quality of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) review by assisting withholding the EIA meetings, collecting and organizing the comments of each meeting. Before Nov. 30, 2021, this project assisted with holding 188 meeting sand completed the tasks as follows: (1) collecting and organizing the comments of 139 document reviews, (2) tracked supplemental corrections in 60 EIA meetings, (3) Arranging 24 environmental impact assessment review site surveys, and (4) taking the minutes of 188meetings. In addition, the project will analyze and classify 50 environmental impact assessment (EIA) cases and present the judicial opinions of the judicial authorities on the EIA review and other matters in the EIA appeal litigation cases, as a reference for the subsequent review of EIA cases.
